Увлажнитель был хорошо упакован в воздушную пленку. Так что коробка целая, немятая, без пятен. В комплект увлажнитель, Usb-кабель и 5 сменных фильтров. Плюс ещё один фильтр уже установлен в прибор. Пластик выглядит прочно, без пятен, царапин. Но есть характерный запах, надеюсь, в дальнейшем выветрится. Фильтры сложены просто в коробку. Отверстие для выхода пара закрыто наклейкой. Увлажнитель смотрится симпатично. Стильно и недешево. В работе не проверяла, это подарок. Отпишусь после. С продавцом не общалась. Товар отправили быстро, отслеживался на всем пути доставки. Выбрала Plus, товар дошёл за 15 дней.

Очень красивый <3 пришёл аккуратно запакованный, в комплекте инструкция на китайском и английском. К сожалению эфирные масла в него добавлять нельзя, но я не для этого его и брала :) достаточно тихий. Подсветка тожн крутая!
