I had a bad experience buying this item, since the product never arrived its destination. However, I give it 4 stars because I claim a refund and the dispute was solved very quickly and I got refunded in fewer than 2 weeks since I open the dispute. It is a pity that I did not received the humidifier which I was very looking forward to, but at least I did not lose my money.
