Exactly as described. I paid for faster shipping and really glad I did. Package in perfect condition. Came already charged. English instruction included. My gums bleed since I am young. I have a very delicate skin and gum. I will finally enjoy a toothbrush without bleeding or pain. Very gentle. Did not tried the Bleu Ray whitening for the moment. Интересная штука, но мне кажется зубы она не чистит, пространство между зубами так точно, после неё все равно чищю обычной щёткой, налёт не удаляется, может хоть отбеливает, пока результат не виден. На одно это устройство я бы не полагалась в чистке зубов.
