Заказывала 21.01 пришло 15.02 почти месяц ожидания( до Иркутска, хотя стоит ускоренная доставка. Пришло кстати на почту. Обычно товар потомков цене доставляется курьером на дом. Упакован хорошо, все детали на месте. Пылесос работает. В комплекте нет только блока для зарядки- только шнур. Поэтому учитывайте это (лучше сразу заказать заранее отдельно, подходящий по напряжению).
