No es facil introducir el agua. Vienen con una punta de plastico para enroscar en una supuesta botella que no viene con el producto. Hay que buscarse la vida... botella de plastico vacia y cinta aislante. Por lo demas muy bien.

SUPER RECOMENDADO, es grande, tengo las manos de un tamaño normal y me caben las dos enteras dentro. La he calentado hace más de una hora y sigue caliente o sea que dura bastante el calor. En cuanto al envío, a mi me ha tardado 18 días pero por la tormenta FILOMENA, aun asi ha sido rapido el envío. Creo que a alguien le puede servir y por eso voy a explicar como rellenarla de agua porque a mi me ha costado pero es muy facil. Con la boquilla abrimos un poco el tapon de dentro y ya rellenamos con agua, mas o menos 1 litro de agua y cerramos con el tapon que incluye. Lo enchufamos a la luz y cuando esta casi caliente del todo hace un poco de ruido pero es porque el agua esta hirviendo, y cuando ya esta caliente se apaga la luz del cargador. ES MARAVILLOSA. La recomiendo sobretodo a las chicas, porque cuando tenemos dolor de regla es super bueno.
