Received package today . I have no complaints . I don't know who is responsible for the damage. outside was dry, after opening. I found that the product was soaking wet. Filters seem to be dry but I don't know if they are damaged.

Good filters. When I first time install it, I was impressed. Mild water and water pressure, children loves it. After a while, there are several issues to be aware of(which didn't stop me from buying more) : a) the filter gets dirty very fast and it affects the water pressure(see a pic, both cold & hot waters pipes are 3.5 Pa, but force of the water are rather average) ) . After 2 weeks the white filter is brown (see a pic) ; b) temperature of the water. There is a huge lag of temperature change, if it's hot and you turned off the hot tap, the water will be hot for 20-30%,gradually getting cold. I believe its because of ceramics and stones in the filter. So I would say 3-6 month between replacement of the filter is a bit optimistic, 1 month interval looks like better approach but it's costy)
